Manage your loan and make a payment at your convenience It’s easy to manage your payments at PriorityONE. Now you can set up online bill pay, skip a loan payment, or pay a loan over the phone or with a debit card.
One-Time Payment Log in to online banking and click on the Make a Transfer option under the Transfers tab. Or from our app, click on Make a Transfer.
Log in to online banking and click on the Make a Transfer option under the Transfers tab. Click the Repeat Transfer box to set up recurring payments. From our app, click on Make a Transfer. Click Schedule, then Schedule a Transfer.

Loan Payment Is Now Available!
You can easily make a payment to your PriorityONE loan from another bank account or with a debit card. Log in to online banking through the website and click on the Loan Payment option located under the Transfers tab. From our app, click on Loan Payment under the More option. There is no fee to pay your loan from another bank account, and there is a $4.95 convenience fee if you pay with a debit card.
Transfer Limits
Transfer up to $5,000/transaction, $10,000/daily, or $15,000 in any 28-day period. OR use your debit card to pay up to $2,500 for a small fee.
Transfer With Just a Few Clicks
For your convenience, you can set up recurring payments to your PriorityONE loan from another bank account. Payments can even be scheduled in advance from another bank account.
Log in to online or mobile banking.
Click Transfers > Loan Payment in online banking. Click More > Loan Payment in our mobile app.
If making payment using a debit card, please have debit card ready.
If paying from another Financial Institution, add your external account. Please have your other financial institution routing number and account number ready.
When adding a new external account, you will be asked to validate your account. For additional protection you must validate two small trial deposits of less than $1.00 each that will be made to your external account. Please allow up to three (3) business days to show up. Once you see the deposits, return to your PriorityONE online or mobile banking, click on Loan Payment > Manage External Accounts to validate account.
You are ready! You can start making loan payments.

Pay-by-Phone
Call us at 954-335-5100 Opt. 2 to make a payment on your loan using a non-PriorityONE credit card (Visa). Convenience fee is $10. Visa payments cannot be made with a credit card.
Make payments to another bank or credit union. Once you try online Bill Pay, you’ll never want to write another check! Making payments is quick, easy and doesn’t require a stamp. Bill Pay is FREE! Log in to online banking to get started.
Skip-a-Pay
Free up extra cash with Skip-a-Pay! This program allows you to skip your eligible loan payment(s)* so you can use that money for something you really want. Check your GAP policy or other credit protection agreements before you skip the payment to be sure you are aware of any impact on coverage. Visa, Mortgage and Home Equity loans are excluded from this offer. All other eligible loans can be skipped 2 times per 12 months.
Simply complete the application online. Please allow one week for processing before your payment is due.
Please be sure you have $25.00 for the Skip-a-Pay fee available in your checking or savings account with us before proceeding. Your loan may not show as eligible if funds are not available. If you have a payment setup via External Transfer or ACH, it is your responsibility to update the payment. For a one-time stop on ACH payment, please complete the ACH Stop Payment form.

*Skip payment subject to credit union approval. Loan payments that have already been posted are not eligible to be reversed. Interest on your loan will continue to accrue on the outstanding balance. Visa, Mortgage and Home Equity loans are excluded from this offer. Other loans may not be eligible if negative amortization will result. Your account must be current and in good standing. You must request to skip a payment at least one week in advance of your next payment. Adjustment does not affect the terms of indebtedness and interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid balance. Loans with very high balances will not be permitted to incur negative amortization. On new loans, at least one payment must have been made to take advantage of this offer. Members who have caused a loss to the credit union, who have received a loan extension within the past 12 months, or who have a delinquent payment history, are not eligible for this offer. There will be $25 fee charged for each skipped loan. All skip fees must be paid prior to the due date of the payment that will be skipped. Fees cannot be added to the balance of the loan. Check your GAP policy or other credit protection agreements before you skip the payment to be sure you are aware of any impact on coverage.
